Shipping Policy

Online orders will process and ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with a tracking number (US only). We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, however there is an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.

Free Customer Pick-Up Policy

Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up before 5pm will be ready for pick-up by the end of the same business day. Pick-up orders that are purchased after 5pm, after normal business hours, or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for pick-up. We will give you the pick-up location at that time.

Online Order Return Policy

Due to COVID 19 restrictions ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. We will gladly accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your item on the same product only if your size is in stock. If the item is defective or you have received the wrong item then contact us for a resolution.

Any item purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Accuracy of billing and account information 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
